About Phillip Bailey
Hello. My name is Phillip and I make business processes work better. I challenge manual work, champion integration and automated over 2080 man-hours’ work in just one year.
I am currently employed by reed.co.uk at their head office in Covent Garden, London.
I streamline business processes by putting activities and value streams under the microscope. I always seek to improve the customer and employee experience – applying consumer IT trends within the enterprise allows me to provide a best-in-class user experience.
My background is in Modern Foreign Languages. I read French and German Studies at the University of Warwick, spending my year abroad in Strasbourg, on a British Council Assistantship, and in Berlin, at the Sprachenatelier Berlin language school. Learning to express myself clearly in a foreign language has proven invaluable as a skill for life.
Within my role at reed.co.uk, I run the end-to-end procurement process for Software as a Service (SaaS) applications, including migration and configuration. I am responsible for ensuring continued fitness for purpose of the applications in our systems landscape.
I am a keen proponent of the software we use to run our business, and have happily contributed to case studies for Adobe DS e-Sign Services and the social business software Jive.
I hold the Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Product Owner certification.
